We work with women who are asking what is next after years of meeting responsibilities, caring for others, or following a path that may no longer feel fully aligned. Clients may be considering a career or business idea, adjusting to a life transition, rediscovering a creative interest, or wanting more purpose and ownership in their lives.

Each session gives you space to reflect honestly, identify what matters, work through obstacles, and choose practical next steps. You leave with more clarity and a focused action step.

The four-session package is best for a focused decision or goal. The eight-session package allows more time to clarify direction and build momentum. The twelve-session package is designed for a deeper transition that benefits from sustained support. You do not have to decide before your complimentary consultation.

Yes. Coaching sessions are held online, allowing us to work with women in different locations. Add the specific platform you use, such as Zoom, once confirmed.

One-to-one and group coaching sessions are 50 minutes unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Yes. You may request Kacy, request Trish, or select no preference. We can also help you think through which coaching style and experience may be the best fit.

We will talk about what is bringing you to coaching, what you hope might change, and any questions you have. We will also discuss fit and the coaching option that may be most useful. The conversation is not a full coaching session, and there is no pressure to enroll.

We treat coaching conversations with care and discretion. Before beginning, clients receive a coaching agreement that explains confidentiality, its limits, scheduling, payment, and other expectations. Coaching confidentiality is not the same as the legal privilege that may apply in certain licensed professional relationships.

That is normal. You do not need to feel completely ready. The consultation gives you a low-pressure way to ask questions, meet a coach, and decide whether the process feels right for you.
