KACY ANDREWS
Transformational Coach
Kacy Andrews is a certified professional coach, mentor, former film producer/studio executive, nonprofit leader and lifelong believer that it’s never too late to create meaningful change.
Having reinvented herself many times throughout her life, Kacy understands firsthand that life rarely unfolds exactly as planned. Her career journey has spanned the entertainment industry, mission-driven work, coaching, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and effectively leading remote teams — experiences that shaped her passion for helping women rediscover themselves and pursue what’s next.
As a former film producer and global film studio executive, Kacy spent years leading teams, managing complex projects, building relationships, and helping bring creative visions to life. Later, her career evolved into work centered around mentoring, coaching, and supporting others through growth, transition, and change.
Alongside her professional experience, Kacy has also navigated the realities of marriage, parenting, caregiving, reinvention, and the unexpected challenges life can bring — giving her both practical insight and deep empathy for women who may feel disconnected from their own goals or uncertain about what comes next after years of focusing on everyone else.
Her coaching style combines warmth, honesty, encouragement, practical strategy, and accountability. She helps women reconnect with what they truly want, gain clarity and confidence, and begin creating lives that feel more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Kacy is certified through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and believes reinvention doesn’t require having everything figured out first — only the willingness to begin.
Passionate about pursuing dreams, embracing new chapters, and finding possibility in unexpected seasons of life, Kacy believes some of the most meaningful growth happens when we choose to begin anyway.
TRISH SMITH
Transformational Coach
Trish is a coach who understands reinvention from the inside out. As a mother in a blended family of seven children and a grandmother of six, she has lived through the full spectrum of family life, including teenage storms, blended family dynamics, deep loss, and the quiet ache that comes when the kids finally leave home. Her lived experience gives her a grounded, compassionate presence that helps women feel seen, understood, and supported.
With a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, Trish blends logic with intuition, structure with soul. Her career has included engineering, project management, county mental health case work, and life coaching. This gives her a rare ability to meet people where they are, whether they are overwhelmed, rebuilding, or ready for a new chapter.
For years, she has immersed herself in personal transformation work. She has volunteered in intensive eight-day immersive growth programs, completed conflict resolution training, and created and directed her own workshops and seminars. Her coaching style is warm, motivational, and deeply supportive. She helps women rediscover themselves after seasons of caregiving, transition, or loss, and she reminds them that there is still more waiting for them, no matter their age or stage.
Trish is also a soon to be published author of a fictional novel centered on self- forgiveness. This theme reflects her own journey of navigating life’s unexpected turns, healing old wounds, and choosing to begin again. Her writing and her coaching share the same heartbeat: the belief that transformation is always possible.
